The Process

How the Internship Programme Works

A structured four-step process ensures every student is prepared, placed, and supported throughout their industrial attachment.

01
Orientation & Preparation

Students attend a pre-attachment workshop covering professional conduct, workplace expectations, and technical interview skills.

02
Placement Matching

The linkages office matches each student to a partner organisation aligned with their programme and career interests.

03
Supervised Attachment

Students work full-time at the partner company, with regular check-ins from both the employer supervisor and our faculty.

04
Assessment & Placement

A structured report and employer evaluation contribute to the student’s final grade. High performers are considered for direct employment.
